We reserve the right to adjust our prices at any time. Sales tax will be calculated by the shipping and billing address of the order and will automatically be added onto the order.
International Orders
We accept International orders from most countries. Please check the shopping cart on our online store. The customer is responsible for any Customs charges or individual Country and/or State taxes. For countries outside the list provided, please contact us.
Credit Card Payments
We accept most major credit cards.
Vanity Technologies believe very strongly in product quality. Every unit is subjected to rigorous inspection and test procedures to ensure it meets our specifications. Defective products are extremely rare. We do, however, examine returned products to help us identify product and/or process improvements.
The Ultra-Clear units come with a warranty covering any manufacturer defect-related problems resulting from everyday use of the product.
The warranty is limited to factory defects including defective power transformers. We will not be responsible for damaged caused by misuse or abuse international or otherwise. If you find that your Ultra-Clear is not working properly please call us directly to troubleshoot the situation. If it is determined that the device itself is defective please mail it directly to Vanity Technologies for repair or replacement. Shipping charges on returned units are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please note international customers are only responsible for returned shipping charges.

Returns
Please note:

All Skin Care Products do not qualify for return.
For all units a copy of your invoice or receipt must accompany the return or it will not qualify for a return. You must include all original packaging materials and accessories to qualify for a return. If items are missing a restocking fee will be required.
To return a product please contact us for a return authorization number. Once the product is returned allow 2 weeks for processing and posting of the refund.
If your device is damaged in shipping please notify us and we will replace your product immediately upon receipt back to us. We do not cover your shipping costs for returned products that were damaged in shipping.
Unauthorized Resellers/Distributors
Vanity Technologies will not guarantee our product if purchased on eBay, or any other online auction sites, or any unauthorized distributor or dealer.
